• Conclusions <br />Mine inflow into the Howie No. 1 Mine continues to be low. The presumed estimated inflow rate rema~nc <br />at less than 1 million gallons per year. The importation of water has continued to far exceed the occurrence <br />of natural mine inflows. No mine discharge and minimal importation of water is anticipated during the <br />1999-2000 reporting period. Therefore, the quality and quantity of surface water adjacent to the mine will <br />not be affected. The operator will continue to submit the Annual Subsidence and Hydrology Report which <br />will s~„»n,ar;~P all subsidence and hydrology data.
