SHELTON: The Board did discuss that in <br />the past, that 30 days, in other words, is an appropriate <br />length of time; so, if that's the understanding of the <br />Board, we will assume that's the case and notify the people. <br />MR. HOLDER: I don't believe it's necessary <br />to put it in the motion each time if it's implied the <br />30 days is standard procedure. <br />CHAIRMAN SULLIVAN: Is there any further <br />discussion on the motion? Apparently he got tired of waiting since he got <br />here this morning and, apparently, he must have gone home, <br />which,I must say, I can't blame him, particularly, for.
