Long <br />GraIId JIIIICt10II, CO 81506 orvisio~oireaur <br />Re: Review of 1994 E 1995 Annual Hydrology Reports <br />Coal Ridge No. 1 Miae (C-84-Ob5) <br />Dear Mr. Stover: <br />The Division has completed a review of the 1994 and 1995 Annual <br />Hydrology Reports for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine and has the <br />following comment: <br />Part of the requirement for a complete Annual Hydrology Report is <br />to report on surface water monitoring as well as groundwater <br />monitoring. If the sediment pond has not discharged during the <br />water year in question (as I believe is the case), this fact should <br />be stated in the hydrology report.
