<br /> <br />C-81-016 - Hawk's Nest <br />The "V" drainage ditch is calculated using a 100 year, 24 hour event, as <br />stated on pages one through three, Appendix A (Hydrologic Calculations) of the <br />Operation and Reclamation Plan for the coal waste disposal site. This part of <br />the application is contained in a thin, brown, paperback book. <br />~ C-81=022 - Somerset <br />The diversions are calculated using a 100 year, 24 hour event, as stated in <br />the Elk Creek Ditch and Rip Rap sizing table, Appendix B-1, of said permit. <br />This can be found within the notebook for Technical Revision ,'`5. Please note <br />that I was unable to determine which diversion was used for the waste pile if <br />any.
