2.0 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT
2.1 COLORADO MINE LAND RECLAMATION BOARD RULE 2.04.13
In accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.04,13, HGTI is presenting the information below to
satisfy Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) through 2.04.13(1)(f).

The current permit azea is spread between four parcels. The locations of the parcels are
' shown on Figure 1. The four parcels, and corresponding acreage, aze as follows:
• Parcel 003 - 1.62 acres
• Parcel HG-8 - 5.13 acres
' • Pazcel E - 1.03 acres
• Slump Area - I.14 acres
' Parcel 003 was seeded for herbaceous cover in 1987. The seed mixture is presented in
Exhibit 2 on Table 1. Pazcel HG-8 and Pazcel E were seeded for herbaceous cover in
1982 and 1984/1985, respectively. The seed mixture used in the early 1980s to re-seed
these two parcels is presented in Exhibit 2 on Table 2.
The earthen slump disturbance area (approximately 0.25 acres) near the former highwall
was replanted for herbaceous cover during September 1998. This work was undertaken as
part of Minor Revision No. 13 (MR-13), which CDMG approved in May 1998. A letter
from CDMG to Mr. Mike Neumann (TerraMatrix), dated May 13, 1998, indicated that
this revegetation work would not reinitiate the slump area liability period. The seed
