Bromley Pit, MLR File 79-165 Fed Tax ID # 84-0517799 Anniversary Date: October 25, 1999 Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is October 25, 1999 . Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the locations of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty was is $29, 300 and the permitted area is 14 . 20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the entrance to the pit. i We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1. 15 of the Rules and Regula- tions, and in the annual notice letter. (1) A 1. 44 i parcel west of the railroad was partially mined this year (pink) . (2) We have been filling part of the pit with clean fill con- sisting of concrete, old asphalt and dirt (/////) . Reclama- tion has been successful and in July 1999 the revised the county use plan was approved. We will make the necessary reclamation plan changes once mining ends on the western parcel. This change was partially addressed in the original permit in 1977 . A fence was constructed along the east and west side of the site in the southeast corner and trees were planted along the east segment. This was required by Adams County. The trees are growing. The topsoil stockpile has not been disturbed this year.
