All fees and reports on the
Pioneer Mine, Our File No. 77-252, are up-to-date.
As mentioned on the phone, at the time the Pioneer Mine was converted from
a 110 to a 112, our po.iicy was to issue a new permit anniversary date (for
purposes of collecting annual fees, reports, etc.).
Since then, on the advice of the Attorney General's Office, converted permits
keep their oriyinal anniversary date. Pez-mits converted prior to this most
recent policy, of which 77-252 is one, and tahich were given a neca anniversary
date, will, however, continue with the new anniversary date. Therefore,
continue to submit your annual reports and fees for the Pioneer Mine in
January.
Please call if there are any questions.
Si erely,
/ /,y%,~JC%%
~'
Joseph ~Zalkind
Reclamation Specialist
JGZ:ys
