Location and number of acres affected during the past year. <br />No mining occurred during 1990. - NONE <br />2. Location and number of acres reclaimed during 1990 - 1 ACRE <br />3. Location and number of acres in the various stages of <br />reclamation - Completed as shown on the map - Backfilled, Graded, <br />Topsoil Replaced. - 1 ACRE <br />4. The species of vegetation planted, the locations and <br />approximate dates of planting - NONE <br />5. The type and approximate quantity of fertilizers, organic <br />materials, or soil conditions used and location of use - NONE <br />6. Our grading and top soiling of the 3 acres in 1989 shows <br />natural growth of weeds and no erosion. Pit is inactive at this <br />time. Some Signs, Security Fence and Concrete Barriers were <br />installed to prevent and stop vandalism. <br />7. Estimates of the location and number of acres to be affected <br />in 1991 - NONE - Pit to be inactive unless gravel market demands <br />use. <br />8.
