This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and
it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The approved bond
amount is $27,000 covering 75.74 acres ±, and the facility has
seven mining and reclamation phases. However, the current bond
amount in the Divisions possession is $40,000. We
continued to mine deeper on the land previously disturbed,
including the area stripped of gravel. Approximately 14.77
acres is disturbed by the clay operation in Stages O, I and
II. This included the old clay mined area on the south and
the Clay Plant site. The clay face was advanced to the north
into the area mined by the gravel operation again this year.
~~
0
~PQ`
