<br /> THIS DEED, made this 26th day of March, 1984, between Hallenbeck
<br /> Construction, Inc. of the County of Delta and State of Colorado, of
<br /> the first part, and Dwight D. Benson and T. Edward Benson doing
<br /> business as Benson Brothers, a partnership, whose legal address is
<br /> 2138 J 50 Road, Austin, Colorado 81410 of the County of Delta and
<br /> State of Colorado, of the second part;
<br /> WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of Other Good and Valuable Consideration and Ten Dollars, to the said
<br /> party of the first part in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
<br /> sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
<br /> forever, all the following described lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and
<br /> being in the County of Delta and State of Colorado, to-wit:
<br /> As shown on Appendix "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
<br /> by this reference.
<br /> with all its appurtenances, and warrants the title to the same, subject to 1984 ,.
<br /> general property taxes payable in 1985 and easements, rights of way,
<br /> reservations and restrictions of record or visible on the premises
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set its
