The <br />water samples were analyzed for cyanide, total metals, and i:luoride as <br />outlined in paragraph 26 of Battle Mountain's water Decree, Case No. <br />89CW32. The analysis report is attached. The concentrations of all <br />constituents are below the Colorado Drinking Water Standards. <br />The three pairs of lysimeters located west of the tailings disposal area <br />have been checked bi-weekly since April 1992.
