Planting was to occur in the fall of 2006 but did
not happen. The owner of the property ruptured a disc in his back and was unable to
comply. We wanted to give him the opportunity to perform the task to his own property
And when he couldn't was not able to obtain someone at such a late notice. We have
since contacted some else to perform the task in the spring of 2007. Once planted and a
Substantial growth is established then it will be sprayed for weeds as well as advised by
the County as the best plan for eradication because of neighboring weeds that have spread
to the previous pit area. We contacted the local IFA to spray last spring and they
suggested spraying after planting in the spring of 2007 as a total area and to spray the
problem azeas through the summer because once disturbed and planted more new azeas
may emerge.
It is our plan to commence with planting followed by spraying in the spring. A map
Was not included since there was no changes.
Thank you,
~~~1~
Rick Noland
President-
Noland Inc.
