Field activities included <br />both rooming and aftemooh testing of the bentonite slurry at the mixing station and at the trench <br />(stations 12+20 and 13+10, respectively). Each sample was tested.for viscosiiy, unit weight, and , <br />sand percentage by volume (rooming trench sample onty).. Morning and aftembon testing of the soil <br />bentonite backfill was conducted at stations 10+20 and 10+30, respectively. Each sample was tested <br />for slump and unit weight Mixing of the soil bentonite backfill was observed throughout the day. <br />Trench depth measurements (both to key and total) were performed at stations 12+30 and 12+g0, with a <br />sample collectetl at station 12+90. Completed trench length for the day was from stations 12+00 <br />through 13+10. Test results and measurements are presented in the attached report. <br />Weather.
