Comments: We started the mining operations in April 2003. All operations are currently taking place
on the Lohmann property. There are no operations or disturbance of the French property. The office
and scale have been located as planned, at the NW corner of the Lohmann property, next to WCR 26.
The settling ponds have been constructed in the southern-most portion of the Lohmann property, and
