Boulay, <br />Division of Mieerels and Geology <br />SCC has reviewed your letter of December 3, 2004 regarding the 2003 Annual reclamation Report fox the Yoast Mine. <br />Attached ate two (2) copies of responses to the adequary comments. <br />1. It doer not appear that any spoil monitoring war conducted in 2003. There wen finalgraded arias available (an which soil is to be <br />applied). Wen any of the finalgraded anon rampled to roufitnt apoil.ruitability? If so, pkare provide the nsultr of the tenting <br />proreduns to the Division as an addendum to the 2003 fl.I{R <br />Response: The 2003 graded spoil sample results will be included with the 2004 sample results. <br />2. SCC indicates on page 4 that 162 acnr wen drill reeled wring need mix # 1 and refennrer Table 03.2 and rornrponding need tag. <br />Tabk.03.2 it the need mix #1 Lst of Species. However, the need tag provided it for curtom mix #4 used for toproil piles (doted <br />1997). Please provide the seed tagfor need mix rued for the 162 acres drill needed in 2003. <br />Response: The seed tags fat the 2003 drill seeding effort were inadvertently thrown awaq. No tags are available to <br />submit <br />3. The Yoast Mine September 2003 Topography Map should show the permit boundary and section identifierr (rection corners/ <br />intersections) for ease of comparison with other exhibits to evaluate compdiann.
