The topsoil piles have an adequate <br />vegetation cover to prevent erosion. <br />{2) No reclamation was required during this year. Grading and <br />shaping is complete on 0.98 acres on the northeast slope <br />(green). Seeding will take place once we have enough 5 or <br />more acres needing seed. Floor grading will continue on <br />areas not needed by the mine operator for plant site and <br />material stockpiles. <br />(3) Mining will continue on the west side of the Plant Site and <br />work west to the permit line until that area is day lighted <br />out. Groundwater monitoring will continue for the amendment <br />area as required in the permit. <br />(4) As discussed in the 2006 amendment we will continue to mine <br />the original permit area.
