You must pay <br /> these fees each year until reclamation responsibility release is granted. The fee <br /> listed below is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid even <br /> if your operation was in an inactive state. The fee is due ON OR BEFORE the permit <br /> anniversary date shown below. <br /> If you have requested reclamation responsibility release from the Division but your <br /> permit is not released b}~ your anniversary date listed below, Che annual fee MUST be <br /> paid.
