i <br />• <br /> <br /> <br />5.0 LAND DISTURBANCE AND RECLAMATION <br />5.1 Summary of 1992 Disturbance <br />Following site construction in 1990, there has been no additional disturbance in <br />1991 and 1992. Figure 5-1 illustrates mine site disturbed acreage. Total mine <br />site disturbed acreage for plant construction, wells and pipelines is 40.9 acres, the <br />same as reported for 1991. Table 5-1 lists disturbed acreage for the WRNM <br />project. <br />Table 5-1 also presents associated disturbed acreage for right-of-way (ROW1, <br />pipelines and roads. <br />5.2 Regulatory Compliance <br />5.2.1 Regulatory Ac ivit <br />The annual report for 19331 and fee were submitted to CMLRD prior to anniversary <br />date of January 31, 1992. Site operator permit transfers for prospecting and <br />mining were submitted to CMLRD. Bonding (letter of credit) in the amount of <br />5150,750 was transferred to WRNM. The Division of Minerals and Geology <br />(DMGI, formerly CMLRD, approved the secession of operators for prospecting and <br />mining in November anti December, 1992 <br />DMG permit remained at 73 acres. <br />Disturbed acreage approved under <br />31 <br />
