• minimum royalty will be based on unit production to meet minimum unit royalty. <br />The effective date for unit agreement was January 1, 1993. <br />WRNM is still interested in additional BLM land with mineable nahcolite. <br />Discussions between V4'RNM and the BLM currently involve an exchange for the <br />window acreage inside t:he existing WRNM leases. <br />4.3.6 Air Permit Revision <br />Air Pollution Emission Notices (APENs) and fees submitted in October of 1991 <br />~ were approved in December, 1992 by Colorado Department of Health (CDH1, Air <br />Pollution Control Division (APCD). The revised APENs deleted five sources, <br />changed four sources (i.e. diesel boilers and dryers to natural gasl, and added one <br />source, a steam generator. <br /> <br />As a result of new APCD State Act, updated APENs and fee were filed in <br />December to report estimated emissions (for calculation of annual fee) and <br />hazardous air pollutants. No hazardous pollutants were identified other than <br />criteria pollutants. Notice: for transfer of APENs to WRNM was submitted. CDH <br />review, and approval is expected in 1993. <br />4.3.7 Stormwater Discharge Application <br />The Stormwater Discharge Application was submitted in December, 1991 to CDH <br />Water Quality Control Division (WQCD-. The filing date was extended from 1991 <br />to October 1, 1992 by CDIi. Prior to October 1, 1992 the project contacted CDH <br />to determine if application from 1991 was complete and would meet new filing <br />requirements.
