Re Annual Report

Our files indicate that the anniversary date for the above numbered
permit is October 30 , 1978. We have not located anything to show
that Annual Reports were filed for the years 1979 and 1980 . This
report will cover both those years . We are enclosing our check in
the amount of $700 to cover the fees for 1979 and 1980 .
Under separate cover we have submitted three Technical Revisions .
We will deal specifically , by number , with each of the Annual
Report questions as outlined in Section 2 . 41 .
2. 41 ( 1) Through October 30 , 1980 approximately 68 . 12 acres of
land had been disturbed. (See cross-hatched area of map
for disturbed lands) . The disturbed area included
excavated area, industrial use area, roads and setbacks .
( 2) Through October 30 , 1980 , 24 . 82t acres were reclaimed
as lake area. Another 7. 5t acres would have been lake
area if pumping had stopped. There was no final grading,
topsoiling or revegetation completed during this period.
(See lake areas in blue on attached map . )
( 3) As of October 30, 1980, approximately 2 . 30t acres had
been backfilled in Excavation Area 2 . (See yellow area
on map. ) No other reclamation was in progress .
(4) No vegetation was planted during this period .
( 5) No fertilizers, organic material or soil conditioners
were used during this period.
(6) There has been no revegetation to date. The balance of
the reclamation is successful . A problem has developed
