Webster, sole proprietor of
Webster Sand & Gravel, passed away last September due to a heart attack. We are
planning on keeping the business going and currently are still working with the
accountants and attorneys to set up our corporate structure. Currently, we are operating
as the Chazles J. Webster Estate doing business as Webster Sand & Gravel. We have a
new Federal ID number: The physical address of the business has not
changed. My step-mother, Lydia Webster, and myself aze co-personal representatives and
co-trustees for the estate. I have listed my telephone and mailing address below as the
person to be contacted regazding this report.
For the yeaz 2003 and to the best of my knowledge, there has not been any newly
disturbed land. The mining that has taken place has only involved previously opened
sand and gravel beds. We do not expect to open any undisturbed azeas in the foreseeable
future. Also, we have not done any reclamation as there aze many tons of sand and gravel
yet to be mined and sold.
If you have questions regarding any of this, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
Daryl R.
