is <br />~ • <br />6) A written commitment, in the form of a technical revision <br />to the permit, to include the following in all future <br />compaction testing reports: <br />a) Actual field data for each test conducted. <br />b) Location of each testing site. <br />c) Itemized test results (rather than a range). <br />d) Detailed description of site conditions. <br />e) Detailed description of testing methods. <br />f) Engineer's comments and/or recommendations. <br />g) Description of actions taken by EFCI to remedy <br />any problems noted with either the compaction <br />of the waste piles or the testing/reporting <br />procedures themselves. <br />The items requested above should be submitted to the Division no <br />later than July 29, 1996.
