This general increase in water levels over <br />the past three years may indicate the development of a spoils aquifer in the area. It may also display some <br />effects of the reclamation activities currently being conducted at the Marr Surface Mine which this well is <br />located approximately 500 (eel south (downgradient) of the pit. Water levels over the past 10 years are <br />presented below.
