Reclamation Specialist:
The operator (Logan County) files this Notice of Intent to
continue sand and gravel operations at the Kokes Pit.
According to the revision of November, 1988, an updated map
is not required as:
1) No land has been affected in the previous year and,
2) No reclamation has occured in the previous year as
the operator has not pursued mining operations.
