The grades <br />shown are satisfattory during the majority of the embankn.^n: construction, however, as a refuse bench nears <br />its final configuration, the final bench will be graded bac': toward the head of the hollow at a grade of 3% <br />to 5% in order to keep water oK the outslope (ace.
