No extraction occurred in the past yeaz. There aze no other substantive changes since the
annual report of June 2003. A release request for the Amendment 1 and Amendment 2
azeas of the permit was approved in 2003, returning the permit to its original
configuration. Vegetation along the shoreline of the Area B pond within the original
permit azea is well established, however, the potential remains to remine portions of the
original permit area so we have held back any release of these azeas until extraction is
completed for the entire Original permit azea. Any extraction over the next year within_
