I reviewed the letter report, dated September 28, 1987, and submitted by Larry
M. Reschke, P.E. for Blue Ribbon Coal Company. The report continues to
document that the rebuilt mine bench at the reclaimed Blue Ribbon mine is
stable.
If the monitoring does not detect any significant movement through next
summer, it should be possible to discontinue the monitoring requirement, as
long as the monuments are maintained.
