<br />LICENSE CCNDITICNS (LC) <br />LC 10.0 <br />R E F E R E N C E D P R O P O S A L S A N D <br />COMMITMENT S <br />10.1 Except as specifically provided otherwise by this <br />license, the licensee shall possess and use <br />radioactive materials described in Items 6, 7, 8, <br />and 9 of this license in accordance with the <br />following referenced documents and stipulations: <br />10.1.1 Amended application dated June 13, 1980. for <br />Colorado Radioactive Materials License. <br />10.1.2 Letter Narch 5, 1979 Tim Smith (Cotter) to Ibm <br />Tistinic (CDH) <br />10.1.3 Surety Agreement <br />10.1.4 U.S.N.R.C. Draft Regulatory Guide 802-4, <br />Calculational Models for Estimating Radiation <br />Ibses to Man from Airborne Radioactive Materials <br />Resulting from Uranium Milling Operation", which <br />includes as Attachment A "Lose Calculational <br />Guidance." <br />10.2 Where the word "will" or "should" is used in the <br />above-referenced doctunents it shall denote a <br />requirement, provided that where statements <br />conflict, the most recent document shall <br />prevail. <br />10.3 The "Ail es and Regulations Pertaining to <br />Radiation Control," as revised by State Board of <br />Health and as interpreted from time to time by <br />policy directive of the Division of Radiation and <br />Hazardous Wastes Control, shall supersede <br />provisions of referenced documents which conflict <br />with said Rules aryl Regulations unless the <br />provisions of the referenced document are more <br />restrictive than the Arles and Regulations. <br />10.4 The following license conditions modify and add <br />to commitments in the documents referenced in LC <br />10.1 above. If statements in docwnents conflict, <br />the more restrictive statement shall control, <br />unless determined otherwise by the Department. <br />VII -2- <br />
