COMMITMENT S
10.1 Except as specifically provided otherwise by this
license, the licensee shall possess and use
radioactive materials described in Items 6, 7, 8,
and 9 of this license in accordance with the
following referenced documents and stipulations:
10.1.1 Amended application dated June 13, 1980. for
Colorado Radioactive Materials License.
10.1.2 Letter Narch 5, 1979 Tim Smith (Cotter) to Ibm
Tistinic (CDH)
10.1.3 Surety Agreement
10.1.4 U.S.N.R.C. Draft Regulatory Guide 802-4,
Calculational Models for Estimating Radiation
Ibses to Man from Airborne Radioactive Materials
Resulting from Uranium Milling Operation", which
includes as Attachment A "Lose Calculational
Guidance."
10.2 Where the word "will" or "should" is used in the
above-referenced doctunents it shall denote a
requirement, provided that where statements
conflict, the most recent document shall
prevail.
10.3 The "Ail es and Regulations Pertaining to
Radiation Control," as revised by State Board of
Health and as interpreted from time to time by
policy directive of the Division of Radiation and
Hazardous Wastes Control, shall supersede
provisions of referenced documents which conflict
with said Rules aryl Regulations unless the
provisions of the referenced document are more
restrictive than the Arles and Regulations.
10.4 The following license conditions modify and add
to commitments in the documents referenced in LC
10.1 above. If statements in docwnents conflict,
the more restrictive statement shall control,
unless determined otherwise by the Department.
