T <br />r- = • <br />13.3.2.6 Total Estimated Reclamation Cost <br />Supervision costs <br />Contractor costs <br />Contingency '' <br />Total <br />' 13.3.3 ANNUAL REVIEW OF SURETY <br />In accordance with RH 3.9. ~/.S the surety <br />shall be subject to annual review #or adequacy <br />and approval by the appropriate state agencies. <br />13.3.4 RELEASE OF SURETY <br />The license shall remain in force until final <br />reclamation meets applicable state and federal <br />regulations. Upon determination by the <br />Department that reclamation performance required <br />by this license has been complete and adequate, <br />the licensee shall be released from the surety <br />requirement. In the event of partial or complete <br />default on the part of the licensee in the <br />performance of the reclamation, the State may <br />draw upon the surety as necessary to complete the <br />reclamation. <br />13.3.4.2 Prior to release of surety pursuant to this <br />license, the license shall ratify other agencies <br />with jurisdiction over any aspect of the mill and <br />tailings project of their request for release. <br />The licensee shall also mtify the Department of <br />their intent to request release of other <br />applicable sureties. <br />VII -34- <br />
