<br />LC 13.0 <br />R E C L A M A T I O N R E Q U I R E M E N T S <br />13.1_ CRU,S7-IER,_ SORTER, 4~TER' TRFA' pLANC, .IMpOUNIr1E27i'S <br />These sites shall be decontaminated to background <br />radiation levels in accordance wfith applicable state <br />and federal regulations in effect at the time. They <br />shall be reclaimed in accordance with the requirements <br />of the Colorado Mined land Reclamation Board permit <br />and returned to unrestricted use. <br />13.2 CRITERIA <br />13.2.1 Contaminated materials remaining from decommissioning <br />after final mill shutdown shall be removed, treated <br />and disposed of in a manner approved by the Department. <br />13.3 RDCLAhR1TICN SURETY <br />13.3.1 The licensee shall maintain in force a surety pursuant <br />to RH 3.9.4 for the deconrtnissioning and <br />decontamination of the crusher-sorter, ore storage and <br />transfer areas, and for the reclamation of the water <br />treatment plant and impoundments and drying areas. <br />13.3.2 AMOUNT OF SUF'J'I'Y <br />The Decommissioning aryl Reclamation surety shall be <br />maintained sufficient to fully comply with I,C 10.1. and <br />10.1., and the "Colorado Rules aryl Regulations Pertaining <br />to Radiation Control." 'lhe Surety Agreement entered into <br />betweenr~~ O.~,T. ~ti• I,,,,N„e is hereby incorporated by <br />reference as a corrlition of the license.
