The aerial photo <br /> shows mining complete to date. We have re-excavated and enlarged <br /> lake "C" to recover material not previously mined. This change <br /> in the mining plan was discussed and confirmed by letter with Jay <br /> Lucas last Fall . The land area involved is approximately 10 acres . <br /> When we complete Lake "C" it appears at this time that our opera- <br /> tions will move to Lake "A" to de-water and recover material not <br /> previously mined. We are currently preparing an MLRB application <br /> for lands East of our operation and South across the Colorado <br /> River. Total area involved in these plans is about 95 acres, affect- <br /> ed area will be maybe 10 acres , depending on the business activity. <br /> As stated in the Reclamation Plan, reclamation shall commence in <br /> 1984. Where ever possible banks shall be graded to 3: 1 slope as <br /> mining progresses. Please find enclosed our check for $350.00 <br /> to satisify our 1982 annual fee.
