' will be reclaimed in the 2000 - 2001 report period, but should any of these wells be
closed during that period, the solution collector pipes and pipe rack serving that well
' will be removed, and the wells will generally be plugged and abandoned. As sires
become inactive, the well pads will be stabilized using suitable tectiniyues (e.g..
' mulching or annual vegetation) to prevent erosion until final reclamation of all or part
of that specific mining panel. Roads that will not be needed to serve subsequent
development within the mining panel will be similarly stabilized.
' The Test Mine Facility will continue to serve the Yankee Gulch Project over the
foreseeable future. Therefore, aside from possible closure and reclamation of one or
' more Test Mine wells and associated pads, no additional reclamation activity is
envisioned at the Test Mine Area for the 2000 - 2001 report period.

1

' American soda.
