Until the succession of operators process is completed and your financial warranty <br /> is released in its entirety, under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, as permittee, you are <br /> required to pay annual fees and submit annual reports for the previous years activity, on or before the <br /> anniversary date of November 23, 1998. Our records indicate that the annual fees for the Cherokee Clay <br /> Mine are still due and payable for the 1997-1998 operating season.
