Stover & Associates <br />2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101 <br />Grand Junction, CO 81506 <br />Permit No. C-91-078 <br />(b) No land was disturbed during 1997. <br />(c) No land was backfilled during 1997. <br />(d) No land was topsoiled during 1997. <br />(e) The reclaimed mine was initially seeded in 1993. Apparently, dry weather conditions <br />in the spring of 1994 caused the 1993 seeding effort to be a total failure. The area <br />was seeded again in 1995. <br />(f) The disturbed areas associated with the Hamilton Mine were backfilled and graded <br />during 1992 and 1993. Following is a table which presents the number of acres <br />disturbed, backfilled, topsoiled and seeded. Initial seeding was performed in the fall <br />of 1993. This map was not revised during 1997 because no reclamation <br />work was performed. <br />The seeding that was performed in 1995 was nearly a total failure. During 1997 it <br />was decided to seed the area again. However, this seeding work was not <br />accomplished in 1997. The mine site will be seeded again early in 1998. The seed <br />mix (800 pounds of pure live seed) that will be utilized is as follows: <br />
