<br /> <br />6. M77-304 Rex Quany Technical revision to clarify permit mining and reclamation <br />approved for this year. Continued extraction {in previously <br />affeded areas) and reclamation. During the year we <br />worked with the Division on bonding and modifications to <br />reclamation plan. New mapping caused us to revise <br />affeded areas as shown in the report and map: we had <br />been reporting much more area affeded than has actually <br />been affeded, This site has a large pre-74 affeded area. <br />Tracts A, B, C and the road have been removed from Owl <br />Canyon Quarry and are now being reported as part of Rex <br />Quarry in this report, as per conversations with the Division <br />and the clarified mining plan. An area previously identified <br />as affeded and reclaimed has been removed from this <br />report, as per conversations with the Division. No new <br />areas were affeded this year, except for a small area on the <br />entry road which had been reclaimed and is again affeded. <br />7. M78-018 Sheep Draw No map. No adivfty except erosion inspection and <br />monitoring: awaiting revegetation progress to allow final <br />release. <br />8. M89-010 Weaver Quarry No map. No activity except maintenance of reclaimed <br />areas; awaiting revegetation progress to allow final release <br />of presently affeded areas other than the access road. <br />9. M77-093 Rifle Quarty Currently drawing from stockpiles on site. No new <br />extraction, disturbance or reclamation this year. No map. <br />Please note that in items 4, 5, 6, and 7 on the reports, we are reporting the area we affeded <br />(bac:kfilled, etc.) during the current reporting period as'new' and areas in previous years as 'old', <br />and then reporting the total. If we affeded an area which had already been affeded in the past <br />(including any pre-law areas), we are discussing that in Item 11 (comments).
