Dept. of Natural Resource <br />Re: Sandstone Quarry Operation <br />Your File #81-277 <br />In response to your letter of November 25, 1981, I enclose <br />the following additional items: <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. The expected life-span of the quarry is indefinite. We <br />do not intend to close the quarry within our lifetime. <br />2. No new access roads will be constructed. <br />Exhibit C - Maps <br />1. See attached maps. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. Dryland pasture mix grasses (1/3 Brome Grass, l/3 <br />Ta11 Wheat Grass, 1/3 Crested Wheat Grass) at 10 pounds per acre. <br />2. According to the soils and vegetative information <br />prepared by the Soil Conservation Service, some areas are not <br />suited to reseeding and no reseeding would be done in areas of <br />steep slope and rock outcroppings. <br />Exhibit G - Legal Right to Enter <br />L. As indicated in previous correspondence, Parcel #2 <br />is the SE 1/4 of Section 1 and not the SW 1/4 of Section 1, as <br />erroneously written in our original application. <br />Exhibit H - Reclamation Costs <br />1.
