Approximately 1,923 cubic yards were <br />mined and paid for; <br />2) It shows reclamation areas to date; <br />3) It shows anticipated mining activity in 1991; <br />4) Land has been reclaimed in the last year (see map for approximate <br />location). Overburden and topsoil will be spread over affected areas <br />according to the Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan. <br />5) Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis where there is a sufficient <br />area affected (usually 3-5 acres) and when economically feasible. <br />$50.00 permit fee waived. <br />p,,~ `~l <br />p ~~~~ <br />Sincerely, <br />
