During the year ending Sep 4, 2001 no new area was disturbed.
The only work performed was minor clean up in the portal areas of
permit areas 1 and 2 (ttt Tunnel area and tt2 Tunnel area);
No new reclamation was undertaken during the year. Reclamation
ac ti~ities consisted of monitoring test plantings on old mine
trails (off the permit area) and plantings on the existing waste
dump. Photos of the s#atus of these test plantings are attached.
Work planned for permit year 2002 includes replacement of bad
order timber in number 2 portal and replacement of B.O. lagging
in the portal of number Z por#al.
