Excavation of Phases 4 and 5 was completed during 1987, 90% of reclamation of the east part of Phases 4 and 5 has been completed however will not be brought to grade until the remainder of the phases are backfilled and top- soil added. Approximately 70% of Phase 6, 55% of Phase 7, 42% of Phase 8, have been excavated during 1967-1988, and extending approximately one (1) acre into Phase 12. 30% of reclamation work completed in Phase 6 and 12. There has been no activity in Phase 1 during the year. Total acres affected during 1988 was 12.8. 2. Topsoil placed on the slope on the north side of Phase 2, 98% completed, The bottom portions of Phases 2 and 3 have been brought completely to grade and topsoil placed. 3. Approximately one (1) additional acre east of present excavation will be extracted from Phase 12 during 1989. This is all the excavation that will occur in Phase 12 as we will be at our required limits to the boundaries of the property and the phase. The portions of Phases 6 and 12 excavated dur- in 1988 will have fill dirt replaced up to the topsoil stage during 1989, 4. It has been necessary to excavate Phases 6, 7, 8 and the small area of Phase 12 in the manner which we are working in order to reclaim those areas as required. This has been due to the small acreage area of the phases and our ability to work to depth and then properly reclaim.
