Of the five sites, only one is actively undergoing
excavation. The other sites are reclamation only.
Two other operations were released in 1989 for successful reclama-
tion:
1) M-77-531; E1 Pinal Quarry.
2} M-79-156; Bear Mountain Vista Quarry.
Partial releases have been submitted or are planned for the Mo11y
Quarry and Quarry Six, above.
To better orient the reader to the subject at hand, each report begins
with a synopsis of fundamental permit features and status. An
abstract follows which satifies the rudimentary requirements of
the Annual Report. Finally, a narrative report provides expanded
information to better clarify operation activities. The information
provided is based in part upon recent site examinations of 23
January 1992. Updated maps are provided where required, or where
' maps would aid in clarifying or expanding report data and
information. The report format end expended content is intended to
enhance communications and working relations between Jefferson
County and the CMLRD.
As required, enclosed is a check for $1290.00 for three operations
noticed, and a voucher in the amount of $860.00 for the remaining
two not noticed by the CMLRD due to a data base error in the CMLRD
