Reclamation activities <br />commenced on approximately 8/15/05 with completion expected by 2006. <br />Attached is the Annual Report and a check in the amount $688.00 for the Boettcher <br />Limestone Quarry. The fee is for the reporting period October 10, 2004 to October 10, <br />2005. <br />Also Attached is a Summary of the "Wildlife Monitoring" for the period 10/2002 through <br />8/2003, and a copy of the last Quarterly Analysis of CKD, as required by Revision TR-3. <br />No CKD has been produced since the attached analysis. The plant operations have <br />shut down and no regular monitoring has occurred since that time. <br />A copy of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $2,518,261.30 is attached as per the <br />requirements of 2CCR 407-1, 407-4 and Rules 1.15(1) (a0. Holnam, Inc, changed its <br />name to "Holcim (US) Inc on December 12, 2001.
