This application proposes the addition of the <br />No. 6 underground mine at the Eagle mine complex near Craig. The added mine <br />workings involve little modification to the surface facilities, with access to <br />the E Seam occurring through inclines and shafts from the existing No. 5 mine <br />workings within the overlying F Seam. <br />I forward the following attached comments for your use in compiling your <br />Preliminary Adequacy Review.
