Long
Di rision D/ec'ror
Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, May 13, 1993, the
Division will be expecting a technical revision which will propose
a new format and submittal dates for the semi-annual Subsidence
Reports, on or before July 30, 1993. MCC should incorporate, into
the technical revision, the three former abatement steps for NOV C-
93-006, which were excluded from the NOV process during the
Assessment Conference on April 14, 1993. However, MCC will not be
required to submit any additional information, unless requested by
the reviewer, for the subsidence report dated January 11, 1993.
The report will be reviewed as submitted, as it has been determined
that this report was in the current approved format, with the
understanding that additional information may be needed in order
for the Division to complete the review.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~ ~ ~ /l;I
Christine E. oh ston
Reclamation S~`e~ialist
cc: David Berry, DMG
007.51393
