Annual fees are not permit renewal fees, they are fees for having valid
reclamation permit, and must be paid each year until reclamation r sponsibility
release is granted. If you have requested reclamation release fro the Division
but your permit is not terminated by your anniversary date listed elow the annual
fee must be paid. If the Division does release this permit before the anniversary
date please do not pay this fee.
The fee is for last years mining and reclamation season, and must a paid even if
the mine was in an inactive state. It is due and payable ON OR BE ORE the permit
anniversary date shown below.
