We intend to continue mining operations <br />into 2006. The enclosed revised Appendix C map illustrates the surveyed acreage that has been <br />reclaimed (30.21 acres, including 0.78 acres newly reclaimed in 2005) and the unreclaimed <br />acreage that has been mined (13.58 acres) or is simply associated disturbance (18.18 acres). <br />Topsoil salvaged ahead of pit advancement was either placed directly onto the azea prepazed for <br />permanent reclamation at a depth of approximately 18 inches or placed into a temporary <br />stockpile at the east edge of the topsoil strip advance. The topsoil in the temporary stockpile <br />will be used for permanent reclamation in 2006. <br />The projection for the 2005-06 report period (October 26, 2005 through October 25, 2006) is <br />for approximately 2.54 acres of new disturbance in Mine Areas 5 and 6.
