The anmral hydrologic report shell <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on January 27, 2000. <br />It is a letter report, J. E. Stover & Associates, January 25,2000. No submittal date is stated in the <br />permit. This item was included in the midterm review (Mazch 24, 2000) as Item 17. <br />Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(i): Water qunntiry data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. The report states that there was no discharge. The report <br />is submitted for a calendar year in-lieu-of water year.
