The locations correspond <br />with the compaction testing information mentioned in the 1st quarter certified inspection <br />report. Please note that previous test locations are documented in the refuse stability report <br />(TerraMatrix, Inc.) dated December 9, 1996. <br />EFCI will ensure that the compaction testing locations are made part of future certified <br />quarterly inspection reports.
