This <br />report is for the 2004 calendar year. <br />The DMG approved the cessation of all hydrologic monitoring through its approval of TR-07 <br />on July 21, 1999. Therefore, the annual hydrology report will not be compiled for 2004. <br />There was no discharge from the sediment ponds during the year. There was no <br />consumptive use of water during the year at the mine site. <br />The monitoring program includes the requirements of Colorado Discharge Permit System <br />Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG-850024 (CDPS Permit). Copies of <br />Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports have been provided, under separate cover, to the <br />Division at the same schedule required by the CDPS Permit.
