<br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />The current area of operation has not changed from the 2006 report. The <br />highlighted area on the enclosed map reflects the active mining site. No <br />disturbances other that what is noted on the map will occur within the next year. <br />Our mine is operated less that 180 days per year. <br />In reference to 2 CCR 407-4, and Rules 1.15(1)(b): The ownership of the <br />property remains in Crowley County's possession.
