1111112 Enclosure <br /> Permittee Name: Ideal Basic Industries, Inc. <br /> Permit No: M-77-348 <br /> Operation Name: Boettcher Quarry <br /> Anniversary Date: 10/10/89 <br /> Please return this form with your completed Annual Report, map, and a <br /> check or money order for annual fees due, payable to the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br /> ANNUAL REPORT: <br /> 1. Two areas of new disturbance in 1988 total 9.0 acres. "11 <br /> other disturbance was re-disturbance in old areas . These areas <br /> are shown on Sheet 3 of 5 of the included maps . <br /> 2. All areas of the quarry remain on active status , so no reclamation <br /> has been done . In its long range plan to utilize the Boettcher <br /> quarry as a landfill, Tarimer County has completed its geological <br /> feasibility study of the quarry , but the results are not known yet. <br /> 3. No reclamation is under way other than seeded topsoil stockpiles. <br /> 4. No seeding was done in 1989. <br /> 5. Not applicable . <br /> 6. Topsoil stockpiles which were seeded and those allowed to revegitate <br /> naturally are indistinguishable . <br /> 7. The modifications to the Boettcher plant will allow it to operate <br /> with raw material which had to be bypassed in years passed. Therefore , <br /> there will be little if any new disturbance in 1990. Mining will <br /> be concentrated in previously disturbed areas. <br /> 8.
